4. What if i don’t like what I received in my Mystery Bag?
Due to the nature of it being a Mystery Bag reveal, We can not return or refund you simply because you do not like the items in your bag.

5. Can I purchase more than one Mystery Bag?
You could purchase as many Mystery Bags as you would like. There will be a $3 shipping charge for each additional bag added to your order.

6. What if my item doesn’t work?
We test all items on the LIVE (Not on Ourselves) when being revealed.
If an item stops working once received, you will need to contact the manufacturer about your products warranty. Send us a message and we could walk you through the process.
7. How do I purchase the Mystery Bag?

You are welcome to order other products off the site BUT we kindly ask that you keep those purchases separate from the Mystery Bags.
(If you do happen to order an item/s off the site with a Mystery Bag you will be refunded for the cost of the additional items and kindly asked to reorder separately)
10. When will my Mystery Bag be shipped?
Mystery Bags will ship within 3 business days and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail to addresses in the US ONLY.

Yes, your package will not have our name anywhere on the exterior of the package
